3 x Group resistance training sessions per week focusing on lifting heavy weights with good form. This will incorporate Full-body Workouts, which are ideal for fat loss. These sessions will be conducted on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00am


2 x High Intensity Interval Training Sessions to follow at home with step by step tutorial. This will be delivered by our Training App for you to do at any time of the day on a Tuesday and Thursday.

Track Calories and Progress with Initial and final weigh in with measurements and body composition. Tailored Meal plans to suit your calorie requirements provided

24/7 support and advice throughout the 8 week duration. This will include accountability of your own calorie intake and adherence to the programme
