The German Volume Training (GVT) method, featuring a 10 sets of 10 reps structure, is credited to German national weightlifting coach Rolf Feser. Originally used as an off-season regimen, GVT aimed to Help lifters build muscle mass. and assist in burning unwanted body fat.
