What do we do

We run out physical fitness sessions that are designed for all abilities. The sessions are varied, fun and promote a team spirit within an outdoor enviroment. Initially set up by Military Physical Training Instructors but we do utilise highly motivated civilian Personal Trainers

Is this suitable for me

We try to cater for all abilities and each exercise can be regressed or progressed to suit individual needs. We do have a beginners class if you feel this would benefit your exercise form and confidence. Always make sure you are in good health before starting an exercise regime. if you are in any doubt get advice from a midical proffesional

Main Bootcamp Sessions Monday: 6:30pm Tuesday: 5:30pm Wednesday: 6:30pm Thursday: 5:30pm Friday: 6:30pm Saturday: 10am Beginners Bootcamp Thursday: 5:30pm Kids Bootcamp Saturday: 11am
