What we do
Our Instructors are Military qualified Physical trainers that will provide challenging, rewarding and fun fitness sessions.
Each session varies from the last. We like to keep it fresh.
From time to time we do use highly experienced civilian instructors under the guidance of our military qualified staff.
We are there to help, If you have any health and fitness queries dont be afraid to ask.
