Are you paying for diet plans ??

A health pandemic is spreading, and it's massive. This pandemic has slowly crept into our lives over the last 40 years due to consumerism and the need for more "convenience" in our lives.

We have forgotten basic principles of keeping our body healthy and functioning like it was intended. We have access to an abundance of calories that have made us fat and overweight. Too many chemicals in our food have led to sluggishness, health issues and food addiction.

Anyway, today's post isn't about slating the food industry, after all they are just providing a service and we all have choices in life.

Managing YOUR OWN diet should be very high on the agenda, rather than buying overpriced "weight loss" plans. The fitness industry has turned looking after your own wellbeing into a minefield of bullshit and quick fix bollocks.

Being healthy should be a very simple approach

  1. Eat healthy and nutrient dense foods

  2. Keep active

  3. Eat the right amount of food for your body and the energy it is using.

As a coach I try and educate my clients through the bullshit, How to calculate their own calorie intake and manage macronutrients. This doesn't seem enough these days, as a lot of people are confused about how to construct a daily intake of food.

NOW....I love fitness...I love training...I love looking and feeling great... Do I sit down and take hours constructing my daily food intake town to the cast gram of protein ????? Do I Shite.

I will never sell anyone a nutrition plan...EVER. Don't waste your money paying someone to do you a plan...I guarantee they will use the same software that I do to generate a plan that fits around your calories and macros then charge you over the odds.

Personally, I use and recommend the following tools and services. I switch between both depending on how i feel and the bonus is that one is free and the other is great value for money.

You can select meals based on your own calorie requirements and food preferences. If you are unsure how to calculate this leave a comment below and we will help you out.
