Being healthy should be a very simple approach
Eat healthy and nutrient dense foods
Eat the right amount of food for your body and the energy it is using.
As a coach I try and educate my clients through the bullshit, How to calculate their own calorie intake and manage macronutrients. This doesn't seem enough these days, as a lot of people are confused about how to construct a daily intake of food.
